Nero recode 2

    Nero recode 2

    I just installed nero mainly for the use of nero recode and other things but i can't get to nero recode it says this.........










    My Computer Specs:
    Windows XP Home Edition
    SP2
    1.2Ghz AMD Duron
    384MB DDR Ram
    256MB Nvidia GeForceFX 5200 Graphics Card
    40GB HD
    250GB HD

      whats an OEM version? ,do you mean demo? no it's not a demo its the full version.

          If you have a valid full license serialnumber - contact Nero.

              try removing your serial number, then entering it again.

              to do this, run nero startsmart, click the 'nero' logo in the top-left corner, and then the 'serial numbers' tab.

              have you got the latest version? (6.6.0.16)

              if still nothing, do as cynthia said, they should sort it out...

              PS i don't know why this is in the off-topic forum, its very much on-topic

                Another try could be to use the Nero removal tool and uninstall all applications.

                Then download and instlall the latest version and during the installation - insert your serial number.
