Run from CD AV, Spy, Mal etc & Repair SW

Anyone know of good programs that will run from the CD to restore computers after they are corrupted by all the nasty programs out there. I have no problems personally but I usually build a new computer before it becomes too out dated, then I am called when they have not upgraded or paid for trial protections I put on the HD. My mother-in-law is also bad about getting a computer corrupted and she is 8 hours away. Willing to pay for good programs but do not want to get took. I see programs advertising to do miracles and know those are fake, but when searching for a legit program they show up in all searches. I use a hard and a soft firewall and Panda Security Package.
