I've used rb twice now (complete clueless nob)

but I do have a question: sorry if its been asked many times.

Is their a work around for the main movie only in the free ware edition?

vob blanker for the extra's?

Do a movie only backup in DVD Shrink with no compression to a hard disk folder.

You can achieve the same using VOBblanker and ShrinkTo5 (in one click).
With ShrinkTo5, you wont even have to rip first, it will directly read from your drive (using the machinist2.dll plugin) and that saves you a cool 40-50 min of ripping time.

Don't understand that with the ripping time. I can't imaging there is any DVD out in the wild west that needs that amount of ripping time.

how about VobBlanker to get rig off everything else but the movie.

Don't understand that with the ripping time. I can't imaging there is any DVD out in the wild west that needs that amount of ripping time.

Cynthia, not all PC's are optimized , my laptop drive works on Ultra DMA mode 2 and it takes me not less than 30 min to rip, anytime. Also ShrinkTo5 is fast so more time is saved.
