  • Corrected the high bitrate control (Macroblocking remaining in some cases....)
  • FPS displayed in OPV mode
  • Average FPS written to the log
  • "Animation" mode implemented (Depending on some specific conditions some vids are detected as being animation kind and then the behaviour of the rate control is different)
  • Multi instance compatible (not tested)

I don't know whether or not to use AQE or HCenc. They both give out great encodes. How far off from a front end is AQE? All I know that there is some tweaks etc.
