ffdshow audio decoder gone missing???

Hi guys:

When TMPGEnc Plus starts encoding my .avi, only the ffdshow video decoder is opening. (It actually looks like the audio decoder opens for a second and then closes quickly.) Normally, both ffdshow video and audio decoders would open and process the avi.

I currently have downloaded these codecs onto my machine:

ffdshow-20060828-rev2546
x264 ver. 523
XviD-1.1.0-30122005
