    Flaskmpeg parsing issues

When I attempt to flask the DVD (in version .0594) a dailogue box springs up stating it was having trouble parsing the IFO file and I should read the documentation for possible causes.
What documentation? And what is occurring with the programme?
Also, sometimes after closing the programme I get an illegal error box stating there has been a problem in the kernel32.dll file.
    Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

This usually arises when you either didn't rip the ENTIRE DVD to your hard drive or if you selected only one angle when you ripped a multiangle DVD...

Your correct, Setarip, I had only ripped the .vob and .ifo files relative to the main movie to which I want to encode in DivX.
      Why should that matter??

Smartripper is re-creating the ifo file corresponding to what you decide to put on your HDD. Thus, the ifo file is not corresponding to the original one, and flask can't interprete it correctly.

Don't use the "movie" mode in smartripper but the "file" or "backup" one.
