nero express 6 internal error

im having a problem with my nero express 6 program. when i hit the "dvd-video files" icon. i get a dialog box that says "internal error" with an "X" on it. does anybody know why and have a fix for it.

You have the latest updates installed? Tried to reinstall the program?
