separate video and audio file with DivXLand subtitler

    Hi,

Could anyone please shed some light on this:
I am trying to subtitle a shortt documentary, the video portion is in a .mpeg format, the audio portion in .wav format.

I have loaded both into the subtitler (the audio file into the audiobar).
The movie plays, the audiobar shows the sound visually, but I can't hear anything.

Will the DivXLand subtitler only work with videofiles that already include the audio in it?

    Many thanks!

Yes, indeed the sound will be played only as long as it's present on the video file. The audio bar will simply show the audio stream loaded from the WAV file for a more accurate subtitling process.
