All burns failing all of a sudden, new drive didn't help!

I have had no problems burning hundreds of discs with this DL media using Shrink to rip and nero to burn then all of a sudden the discs wouldn't play right even though the burn went fine.

I then got a new DVD player which didn't help, so I got a new DL burner, still the burns fail. I have tried using combination of all of the following, DVDShrink, DVDFab, DVD Decrypter, Nero, and IMGburn but nothing seems to work. This is the log of my latest fail at 54% using IMG to burn the image created with DVDecrypter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
