Virtual Dub Audio Problem !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I need help with Virtual Dub Program .. When i Record Video (with webcam) the audio (Webcams Mic) don't sink up with the video.


I also want to slow the video down in the middle but leave the start and the end normal speed thank you if you can help.
