Recently I have started having problems when trying to start my computer.
When it starts and goes to the desktop there are three icons missing , no internet explorer, no MY COMPUTER, and no recycle bin. Also it won't bring up the start button in the lower left corner or the clock in the task bar. Sometimes I can shut the machine down and restart and then they might come up on the extra attempts. Anyone know what could be causing the problems.
