I downloaded the AC3 Filter to raise the volume, because when I play divx videos online, the volume is really low. When I start the video on Mozilla Firefox, the AC3 does not run. No codec programs run.
I also tried FFDSHOW. It did not run either.
How can I make either run so that I may increase volume?
