    go back to XP!!

Well I may only be one voice right now but, windows 7 is vista with a new face.I even bought Win 7 Professional, due to the virtual XP mode. It's allright if you run a bussness.Cause you don't use much graphics. But If your a Gamer forget IT! Oh Win 7 is pretty, but finish all your present games before making the jump.THEN find out if the next game your thinking of buying will run on Win 7. I can't even load Microsoft works 2005 on this OS.I've been on a number of sites looking for solutions, hardly doing anything else, for a week now.According to the sites I've visited a lot of other people are starting to think like me.

Um... What game are you saying is incompatible? I've never had a problem with games and I've been using Windows 7 for 2 months.

For Microsoft Works - maybe try Compatibility Mode? That's how I got Windows Live Messenger 8.1 to work. And for the record, Office 2000/2003 work fine on it, you don't need to upgrade.

You can also use open office instead of MS office, which is free and works on windows 7. I have had no problems with open office. I am also using foxit instead of adobe reader for the PDF files. On the games for the most part if the run under Vista, then they will run under Windows 7.

While we are at it let's bring back those fun passenger airlines where passengers could opt to jump out with a parachute if the airport wasn't large enough to support landing the aircraft!! Now that's what I call a cold sales call!!

          LOL.

But nah, I like vintage myself, and I normally use Office 2000, as well as the Paint and Wordpad from Vista, since I hate the Ribbon that much.

But I like Windows 7 as an OS, aside from the couple little nuisances here and there (and hey, all OSes do that - I'm glad you can finally drag start-bar items around, unlike in Vista and before)
