It's just a minor fix so that the hotkey programs reduce the size of the memory working set when they are first run. IOW, save some memory usage in case the popup window or other feature is never invoked. (I fixed the OS detection to use a WinAPI call to get the version number of Windows rather than relying on a constant being defined by AutoIt3.)
