H264 For simulation

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask you some questions about H264.

1. If I have raw H264 file, how can I extract I,P,or B frame out and which program should I use to extract H264?

2. I am very appreciated if anyone who is working on video simulation give me some advices about which program you use. Now I would like to work on wireless video communication.

i too need help man....i hav encoedd the viddeop succesfully n got d frames in bit format but am not able 2 view them..
