    Xbox Web Site

I know I asked about this before. I can't find the thread or remember what was suggested. When I want to access my account in the Xbox web site, when I use IE, I click on Sign In and it sends me back to the same page where it won't let me sign in. The same happens with Firefox. When I use Google Chrome I'm already signed in. When I click on something like Add Points or My Account it sends me on a refresh page loop. Also, I don't understand why I'm signed in already through Google Crome and not with IE and Firefox. I asked Xbox this and they told me to update my Adobe Flash Player. I did and that never worked and I'm 100% sure I already had the up-to-date version in the first place.

    Can anyone help me, please?

    Many thanks.

I'm also logged in automatically in Chrome, but when I try to access "add points" or any other account features, I'm asked for my password again, and then everything works fine. The whole Xbox 360 website has just recently been redesigned, so if this problem is a new one, then it may just be a bug on the new website (I would clear all browser cache and try again, because it's working for me now).

Another method is to just log into Microsoft Live here:

Hopefully, this will log you in and you won't need to log in again at the Xbox 360 website.

Sometimes deleting cookies referring to the site in question can help when you experience log-in problems.
