Dual Layer burn failure with imgburn and verbatim

I tried burning a dual layer disc using imgburn and verbatim dual layer disc as suggested, but at 47% i got this error. I dont know if I am doing anything wrong. Can anybody please help me with this.
Previoulsy I had tried with nero and verbatim and those were complete failures. With imgburn it has been a 50 - 50 burn -failure ratio.

I have enclosed the log of the latest failure I have encountered.

I dont wanna burn anymore till I know what I am doing wrong.

    Thanx in advance...

Do you have Nero InCD installed by any chance? That alone can cause more unpredictable problems than anything else. It's OK to have Nero installed. But the InCD driver creates havoc. I've found over the years the "write a CD like a big floppy" is totally unreliable anyway. Better off to write erasable discs as if they were CDR/DVDR.

      NeroInCD driver clash

Nope. I looked through the nero 9 list of softwares installed. I have a Nero control center4, Nero cover designer, nero burning rom, Nero express, Nero Live,Nero photosnap viewer, nero recode, start smart, show time, sound trax, vision, wave editor and tool kit comprising of burnrights, discspeed,Drivespeed, infotool, rescueage nt. But I dont see Nero InCD anywhere. Or I am supposed to be looking elsewhere?
The last failure I had was with verbatim dual layer DVD and ImgBurn whose report I had enclosed previously.

Do you have an erasable CD or DVD? If so make sure you either copy a file to back it up or it's one you can throw away. Select the file in Explorer and hit Delete. If it offers to delete just the one file, you have InCD.

Hey Miles, Sorry for the delay, busy with work... I did as you told me. Wrote a rewritable disc and tried deleting it in windows explorer. No msg came up. Any other ideas??

I would ask on the Imgburn forum. Get the answer directly from the author. He wrote it and knows more about it than I.
