DVD Shrink Breaks movie in two parts

Hi, I have used winavi (frequent spammer of this forum) to decode a movie and everytime I try to burn it with dvd shrink the movie cuts off about half way. I'm reasonably sure that I have some setting wrong but am wondering if anyone is familier with it and knows what it is. Thanks in advance
