Zone Free Home Theater DVD Players

Anyone know which home theater DVD players can be changed to be zone free with only using the remote control to do this?
i.e. without hardware changes.

Do you mean a stand-alone DVD player?
If so try h**p://www.techtronics.com they sell (multi-region)players and some need no remote tweaks, and are completely automatic, I have 2 Sony players bought from them and they are excellent.
