american dvds
Can anyone help me out I'm looking for a way to play american dvd's on my dvd player it acceptes dvd,vcd,mp3,cdr,cdrw and had no probs with it but will not play american format dvd's does anyone know how to get round this or where to find out how to do it.The make and model is deccavideo decca ddv-2110. If someone could help me out or point me in the right direction I would be gratefull thanks

man...i have been working on this for a while and am determined to figure it out....your player is hackable...but its hard to find the software..2 places were in spanish and i cant read it...my players software upgrade was easy to find but i am in america...you need to search for a firmware upgrade or a " hack" for your player..it will have instructions on how to make it region free.
