Angry what do against forced subtitles?

Hi folks,

Recently I've bought me the "Pulp Fiction" DVD in Germany.
If I choose the English language I'm forced to watch whose stupid German subtitles.

Does anybody know how it is possible to make them vanish?

I'm using a LG DVD-drive and PoverDVD 3.0, but I'm also open to other software.

Thank you in advance

Heiko

You could try and do a DVD Shrink on the files: you need not even shrink the video on the main title. Just do some minimal processing on shrinking the menu video.

Or you could even strip the german subtitles altogether.

I am having the exact opposite problem: DVD Shrink appears to strip out forced subtitles when I don't want it to. I'd be interested to know if it works.
