Question HP 9900j DVD-CDRW de-zoning help

Could anyone help me out in de-zoning my DVD drive by providing me (or telling me where I can get) any of the following?:

- A cracked firmware for the HP 9900j DVD-CDRW combo drive

OR

- An original / upgrade firmware for the drive, which I will crack myself

OR

- A utility for extracting the current firmware which is in the drive so that I can crack it myself

Thank-you very much. I travel a lot between Europe and North America and find it a real hassle not to be able to view movies whiile on the move.
