Hi hi ... I was just wondering if there are any programs that allow you to digitally add subtitles into a video file. Like, substation alpha only lets you do it using a genlock & stuff, right? So, let's say I already have a video file, and I wanna add my own subtitles into the video, what kind of software would I use?
Ooo 1 more question > Is there a noticable difference between using the scene detect patch? Or is the difference just, well, in theory? |
