Audio Sync bad on download....

Hi, can anyone help me resync the audio/pic on a Metallica S&M dvd-rip i downloaded... i tried the tutorial in virtualdub 1.4 on the www.divx-digest.com page but nothing happened.
I know u all just say it's a bad ripper who made it and ur probably right, but i can't find it anywhere else, so could someone please help me..???
I would really appreciate it.....;o)

what does the async look like?

what delay is it ?
when is it - starting when?
what size is the complete rip?
what are the specs the audio stream does have?

what DID you try??
