Default MPEG4 V1 encoding

I have to export from sonicfoundry vegas video 2 an AVI file with MPEG4-v1 format but this codec does not appear in available codecs.
It's ok exporting in uncompressed format and then using virtualdub (it shows the MPG4-v1 codec)
I don't need v2 or v3 format. I only need to use v1 format.

I read that it's a limitation from Microsoft and Divx is an hacked version of MS Mpeg, but it's in v3 and v4 versions.

If this is the solution, where can I find an hacked MPEG4-V1 codec for use with my vegas video AVI exporting?

Thanks a lot in advance.
