Nero DVD-Video plugin.
I need this plugin.

There is no such thing - it's a built-in part of NERO Burning ROM...

actually, it cannot be used until you type in a specific serial number in "nero smartstart"... the same goes for the LAME powerpack encoder and the mp4 audio
