It's here and I give it a 5 star rating, it's got ULTRABUFFER! Better relearn how to read a nero log tho. It starts burning faster, grabs all available ram, releases most when you need it to open a browser, grabs excess back! Very slick. Like the guys over at cdfreaks, I love it!

since the log before the upgrade says,

in this case I would tend to think it was spurious and related to nero abandoning the aspi layer for burning

Your burn was successful so it doesn't look like this is an actual error.the ? always makes me think oh oh.

Well you can't ask for much better than that.I was looking through the error list last night & couldn't find any mention of this either.Oh well live & learn.

as nero evolves the error list becomes obsolete

use dvddecrypter/imgburn instead

Apart from this version not working with DVD Shrink, I thought Zer0 always had Ultrabuffer - you could set your buffer manually, no?

I watched it grab 280 MB with task manager, drop to 80 after I opened
IE and climb back to 280.
Very dynamic, kind of like shrink, hmmmmmmmmmm?

You can't keep this stuff bottled let it out.It will eat you up inside.

Over here, Zer0 is a brand of weedkiller. Might be a good use for Ner0, too. After all, it must have some good use.

So what is the consensus?

Do you upgrade to 6.6.1.4 or leave it at 6.6.0.18?

I had upgraded before reading about the DVD shrink problem. No problem as I had save 6.6.0.18 and can reuse it again. I also use ImgBurn and manually burn with Nero as I like to use Multi_Shrink while I sleep.

Right now I would do your burns with ImgBurn less hassle.I think the only problem with the update is if you have checked burn with Nero in Dvd Shrink.
