Hello all,
I'm a little new to everything, but I've been using Shrink and Nero for a while with no complications, and now I'm getting errors. At first I just received a burn error, I updated to the newest Nero and now I get "Cannot connect TRF". I've read the forums and guides and see that some people have issues with the latest Nero. I'll post the log, and definitely appreciate any help. i'd uninstall nero completely from your pc with the clean tool. then re-install your old version of nero 6. see this thread for additional possible solutions to this error.

Hi SuperMichael,
Quote:
Here is the steps to do that: Right-click My Computer, select Properties, and click Advanced tab. At the Performance part, click Setting, and then click Advanced tab. At the Virtual memory, click Change. Pay attention at the current Initial size and Maximum size. Change them, click Set and then OK when done. Restart your PC after the adjustment Please try and let us know the result Regards Last edited by benbryant; 5 Feb 2006 at 03:42 PM |

1. update to latest nero as I first posted, burn manually and even scan,
monitor memory in use and notice changes as I did, scan disk! 2. correlate new errors with noob's logs posted and notice that memory in use is less than what I observed when buring manually(as posted)! 3. Make the assumption that something is tying up memory. 4. Test by enabling shrink to call up nero to burn and duplicating this same error posted by noobs. 5 Case closed! |
