Hi guys,
I don't know what's up with this!! I have noticed two or three times now while I'm playing back a DIVX movie in Windows media player 6.4 in Windows XP, sometimes randomly without warning the computer spontaneously reboots!!!!!!!! Is that insane or what? I mean that is just crazy...WinXP professional is supposed to be like Win2000, it shouldn't totally crash like that?????? I have a KT133a chipset, latest 4in1 drivers, Gforce2 GTS pro with 2183 nvidia drivers.... oh and divx 4.11 |

i've experienced this on an 98se system ONLY with avi playback, too, for me, however, latest via 4in1 did the trick! |

I came across a post in the viahardware forum where someone is experience the exact same thing I am whenplaying back divx movies. So it looks like a problem with the KT133a chipset and WinXP....
There was a beta patch last night that i installed....so let's see if that fixes it. |
