Digital Video Camera Recommendations needed please.

Howdi all,

Can anyone please help me out. I'm looking to buy a digital videocamera (Handycam), i want the camera to be able to record digitally be able to hook it up to pc and download the filmed event onto pc coz im getting a pinnacle Video capture card (Studio 7), i also want to be able to take still photos of the event like normal photographs with the video camera, i need to be able to connect it to me tv (sony flatron) and watch on tv, but mainly be able to connect it to the pc with the pinnacle card and do editing with it, i will be buying it from england could someone please reccomend me any which are good and does the above things.
