          I would guess so. Depends on how much information OiNK stored on its servers and for how long. I doubt they will go after the casual users, but perhaps they will make an example of one of the top uploaders.

            That means the real culprits who uploaded first. Still, it seems that number of unhappy people is going to be increased.
