Basically you use the in-game phone to dial ZIT-555-0100 whenever music is playing, and it is tagged in the real world. Login to Rockstar's new social network and you will see a list of your tagged songs and you can preview/purchase them for 99 cents or less (DRM free, 256 Kbps MP3). There are 200 songs in the game!

Of course, somebody will just write a music extractor for the game DVD/Blu-ray and you'll be able to get all 200 songs for free, but don't know if this is legal or not ...
