According to a supposed internal source snagged by French website PS3Gen.fr, this "proven" source has unofficially confirmed that both the PS3 and PSP will receive price drops in "early June."

Depends on the market they go after.
Personally, I really don;t care to own one, but the more I look into it;s media player capabilities, the more I'm leaning to purchasing one.

However, $ony seems to believe they own the pole position in console gaming and it seems a matter of pride that is stopping them from making good sound marketing/development decisions, IMO.
