Default Vista SP2 Adds Blu-ray Support

Quote:
Microsoft has publicly released Vista Service Pack 2 as a stand-alone download today, with an inclusion to Windows Update expected within the next few weeks. The big news for owners of the PC-kind is a new feature which allows those users with Blu-ray Disc drives to burn directly to the disc using Windows Explorer.

LOL, somehow I have a feeling burning any sort of video disc directly from Windows will result in a non standards compliant coaster.

Or is this just for putting data on a BD-R?

Oh... well I have no intentions of ever using Vista, so it really doesn't matter. I have a 1TB external hard drive that will beat any BD-R I know of.
