Default Analysts: Xbox 360 Slim Possible

Will Microsoft make a Xbox 360 Slim?

Some analysts, like Jesse Divnich of EEDAR think so. By making an Xbox 360 Slim, Divnich thinks this will allow Microsoft officially put the RRoD problem behind them and will make consumers have greater belief in the reliability of the Xbox 360 if a brand new streamlined model is available.

Others, like Michael Pachter of Wedbush Morgan do not. While Colin Sebastian of Lazard Capital Markets thinks Microsoft will focus more on the SKUs with hard-drives, which may mean the Arcade is phased out.

Michael Pachter also believes the Elite will become the new standard SKU, replacing the Pro (which may itself replace the Arcade).
