NEED HELP!!! Burn failed with Nero (Log included)

Hi Experts,

I had tried to search tons of website to find the solution to help me solved my problem but no luck for me. I have been using my laptop HP DV2518TX with build-in DVD Writer for over 2 years but I could not burn any DVD since about 3 weeks ago. I found something strange on my log compare to others, it's under Scsi-Device-Map section I only have CdRomPeripheral but not DiskPeripheral. I checked the DMA setting on Device Manager and it's enable for ATA Channel 0 but for ATA Channel 1 and 2 there're no any DMA checkbox displayed so I tried to uninstall and reboot to reinstall but still not working.

The following is my latest log. Please kindly help me through this problem, thanks in advance.

Note: - I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit.
- I'm burning on Verbatim DVD+R 8X and 16X.
- I also try to burn using Raxio but not working as well.
