MSI has produced a Core i3 based laptop that includes a Blu-ray drive for less than $700.
The MSI CR-620-033US comes with a Blu-ray drive and has a normal price of $729, but there is a $30 discount on Newegg.com that brings the price of the laptop to $699.
Also included is Windows 7 Home Premium, 4GB of DDR3 RAM and a 320GB HDD. The only down point is the 1366x768 15.6" screen, which only gives you 720p not 1080p. There is HDMI output though, so you could connect it to a HDTV for 1080p viewing.
