I want to convert American Beauty DVD to DivX.
I send audio in MP3 format. The question is: what audio track to convert ? Dolby Digital (2ch) ? 5.1 surround ? Or DTS (is it possible at all?) ? What will give me the best result ? What is the better way to do it ?

Hi...
if you wanna make your sound mp3 i would use everything exept the dts-sound... i had some problems with it. everything else should be fine and i think u cant figure out a diffrence in the end. By the way... it is possible to leave audio in .ac3 that means DolbyDigital.. so you keep e.g. 5 channels and if you have a soundcard which can playback dolby digital, you can enjoy your ribs in best soundquality you can get (i recommend to make always 2-CD rips. DolbyDigital-Sound is about 400 megs / film. have fun
