Occasionally, a DVD or CD will become dislodged during shipping and 
cause a rattling noise. If you suspect that a disc is broken or 
damaged, please open the packaging first and attempt to play the 
DVD "Wildcats [IMPORT]." 
 
If you discover that the disc is damaged, click on the link at the 
bottom of this message and let us know. We will happily refund or 
replace your purchase.
 
If the outer packaging, or jewel case, is cracked or broken, just 
let us know and we can send you a replacement jewel case, at no 
additional charge. Please note that this will be a blank jewel case 
and will not contain any cover art or inserts that came with the 
original item.

We are aware that our choice of delivery services reflects on our 
business as a whole, and we appreciate your feedback.  I have passed
your message along to our shipping department, as I know they will
want to read about your experience.

Rest assured that if a package shipped from Amazon.ca is ever lost,
