    Problem with Vietnamese !

    I'm using Media Subtitler to translate an English subtitle into Vietnamese, but, I can't type Vietnamese although I've changed the character set into Vietnamese ! I don't know what to do ! It is always like this :
    When I type Thử nghiệm it shows me Th? Nghi?m and lots of things like this !

          Why can't you help me with this ? I can't even insert Unicode Control Character !

              Please ensure the system and the program are correctly set to Vietnamese character set. Read this page to see how to apply those settings.
