divxland media subtitler outputs mp4

First of all I have to admit that Divxland media subtitler is the most amazing media subtitler I've ever seen. But I was wondering if it could outputs .mp4 instead of .avi because that would lessen the time (2-6 hours) it takes me to be able to play a subtitled movie on my mobile.
