Firmware update ts L633C firmware

Hi

First of all
I bought a game, but I'm unable to read one of the 2 cd. I called the support, they told me to download the firware of my dvd drive

So here I am

I have a TSSTcorp cd dvdw ts-L633C SCSI

impossible to find any firmware of that ...
So I tried the Samsung ts-L633C (as TSST is samsung + toshiba)

But when I run the .exe of the firware, it tells me

can't find suitable drive for F/W

any clue please

I went to that site & tried to download the latest firmware (TG00) and got the same response: can't find suitable drive for F/W. Don't know what to do next either.

Did this drive come with a pre-built computer?

If so, you will need to contact the PC manufacturer in most cases.
