Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on my DH-16D2S drive as I seem to be having trouble reading discs when making an image from disc.
I have downloaded the EJ5353 firmware file from the LiteOn website, however, when trying to upgrade the firmware I have the message no matched drive and my existing firmware showing as EP55 which doesnt even seem to be the correct firmware for my drive.
I bought the drive new OEM from a popular online e-tailer and have never attempted to update firmware on this drive before.
Any help is appreciated.
