Need help! Putting MKV onto DVD

I want to make some DVDs, that I can play on Xbox 360, out of the .MKV files I have of a TV show. However I used both DVD Flick and ImgBurn to make ISO's of the MKV episodes and in both cases I could not get them to burn to my Verb DVD+R DL's. I tried burning to both layers and just 1 layer and both attempts failed.

Anyone have some tips on how I can get this done? Or know what I am doing wrong?

I have limited experience with BluRay. Mostly I've used BD Rebuilder. If Xbox 360 can play BD5 and BD9 discs you might try BD Rebuilder. The "trick" to using mkv as source is to input the mkv files into tsMuxerGui and select BluRay Disc structure as muxing type.

Then BD Rebuilder should accept it as if it was a BluRay disc ripped to HD.
See BD Rebuilder guides for how to use.
There are probably other apps out there that do it directly but I don't have experience with them.

Xbox will NOT play BD5/9 and therefor a conversion to DVD compliant material is necessary.

Tools like Super, MediaCoder and such might be a good start.

Of course MKV could also be converted to AVI, which the Xbox normally plays fine.

use any video converter to help u convert mkv to a dvd format, then burn the dvd file to a dvd with Imgburn.
