Me too mate..

I have the very same problem with my keyboard, the function of @ and " is reversed, I just got on with life as it was, minor glitches don't bother me that much. But just by chance I came across this article and followed the same thread and "YES" I to am cured of this glitch.
I can tell you that mine started after I reloaded XP in the non distructive way. I guess the default load settings are in Yank, but I don't remember being prompted to alter these..although with all those additional patches to download and add, anything could have gone wrong.
