help!! nero VTS file problems

hi,i'm using dvd shrink 3.2 and nero 6 reloaded.when i try to drag over files to start a burn i get the following error message..."..the file VTS_01_1 VOB is larger than 2gb and therefore cannot be stored in an iso system.please use the udf file system to write such large files.this can be done by selecting another compilation type"...i've contacted nero directly but they are useless and have no idea,they keep promising to send me a email(5 days now!!).i used dvd shrink first then nero,its the first time i have tried to burn dvds and its doing my head in!!i can burn all the other VTS files no problem it just wont do the main film...please help..cheers..nigel

In the DVD Shrink preferences:

Under tab 'output files'

Check that you have enabled the option 'split files into 1Gb size chunks.
