second hard drive does not show?

I just install second HD as a slave to the first one, nero can see it like this first link, but my second drive does not show in my computer in the second link how do I make the second hard drive show?

How big is it? How are the jumper pins set?

Have you formatted it/marked the partition as active?

Start - Admin Tools - Computer Mgmt - Storage - Disk Mgmt

I did initialize it and what would be the partition for it, I think I got it it formating right now , Just glad you see how much I know about computer
