I use Dreamweaver to create the HTML coding and then copy and paste the code to the site.
I think your looking for a "WYSIWYG" (What You See is What You Get) HTML editor.Comment

dreamweaver is the best one can get imho but the most expensive as well
you could to take a look at PHASE5, however, which is an excellent freeware wysiwyg editor
