                not yet i couldn't find my electric wrist thing(the stops components from breaking)but when i find it i'll take it out.

                      I pull and insert a lot of ram, never use any static protection, just common sense. Don't touch or handle contacts.

                        OK i've taken out the ram and i've still got the prob(the ram was a bastard to take out)i'm getting pretty tired of this problem

                            I am about out of ideas, the only other hardware left would be the cpu,
                            it's possible you may have fried(cooked) it. If a music cd plays but an mp3 screws up then I would wonder about that duron?
