system 32 file appears

hi cyper peps ,
i know this is nt the board to ask for help with this problem but im exhausted the usual ways,on opening my desktop every thingloads up trhen the folder system 32 appears and i have to close it manually,i havee treeid msconfig and treid that way it has nt worked im running xp please help its annoying
